Intuo is AI operations for clinics. It answers calls, books into your EHR, chases forms and referrals, checks coverage and follows up with patients, and hands your team anything a person should decide.
We don’t replace your EHR. We find the work your team still does by hand and finish it inside the systems you already use.
Your team handles it every day, alongside caring for patients. Most of it is repeatable, rule-following work that pulls good people away from the patient in front of them.
Your team calls, texts and emails patients about missing forms, and some visits still start without them.
While the desk checks patients in, the phone keeps ringing. Some callers leave a message. Many don’t.
A referral arrives without a record or an insurance card, and waits until someone has time to call.
Eligibility checks and authorizations mean portals, hold queues and notes passed between people.
Post-visit check-ins and rebooking calls slip when the schedule is full.
Managers often learn about an overdue task when a patient calls to ask about it.
What Intuo can do depends on what each system allows and the permissions you grant. Some steps can run on their own, some wait for staff approval, and some aren’t technically possible. We tell you which is which before we build.

Each job runs the same steps every time, follows the rules your clinic sets, and hands anything unusual to a person.
Fewer missed opportunities, more responsive patient access, and less repetitive phone work.
Fewer manual handoffs, less repetitive coordination, and a clear view of outstanding tasks.
Fewer patients lost between steps and more consistent follow-up across the patient journey.
Fewer things falling through the cracks and better operational visibility.
Each of these can be set up for your clinic. Which steps run on their own depends on your systems and permissions, and we confirm that on the setup call.
Staff spend hours answering repeat questions, routing calls and handling scheduling requests.
Fewer missed calls and faster answers, with less repetitive phone work at the front desk.
Anything outside the answers you approve goes to staff, by live transfer or a written request. Urgent concerns follow your protocol.
Illustrative workflow. Your version is mapped in the assessment, around what your systems allow.
Your team is involved at a few clear points. Everything else is ours.
A walkthrough with the person who does the work today, plus any numbers you already track: call logs, intake times, open tasks.

Your first job runs free for 48 hours. For each job after it, you get a go-live date once we’ve seen what your systems allow.
Every implementation includes these ten deliverables. Work that needs extra integration or development is scoped and priced separately, and we tell you before it starts.
We document today’s process: who does what, where it’s handed off, what’s repeated, and where it hurts.
Today’s process beside the proposed one, showing every point where a person stays involved.
Your EHR, scheduling, phone and other systems: which connections they support, through which approved methods, and their limits.
We build or configure the agreed workflow for your practice.
In writing: what the agent may do, what needs staff approval, and what must always go to a person.
Normal cases, missing information, system failures, duplicate records and every escalation path, tested with approved test data.
How the workflow runs, how to handle exceptions, who oversees what, and how to ask for changes.
Launch only after required approvals and testing, then close monitoring and quick fixes.

Regular reviews that refine the workflow as results come in and your needs change.

We sign a business associate agreement with every clinic before any patient information moves.

Until you sign off, outreach goes only to phone numbers your team approves.
Every call, message and handoff is logged with its outcome.
You decide what Intuo may do on its own, what waits for approval, and what always goes to a person.
No. Your EHR stays the system of record. We connect through the methods it supports, such as its API or an approved integration partner, and build the workflow around it. Intuo is live today on athenahealth and also works with ModMed, Nextech, AdvancedMD, Healthie, eClinicalWorks, DrChrono, Tebra, Charm and Cerbo. We confirm the details for your chart on the setup call.
We tell you before you commit. Often the agent can still do the work and hand your staff a finished summary to enter, or keep a separate booking calendar until a connection exists. If neither is practical, that step stays with your team. We never use shared logins or any access your vendor doesn’t allow.
No. Most clinics start with one job, measure it, and add the next only when the first has earned it.
We look for work that happens often, follows rules your team can write down, can be measured, and lets a person catch anything unusual before it reaches a patient. Clinical judgment stays with your clinicians.
It stops and hands the task to the person you choose, with what it already did, what’s missing, and how to reach the patient. It doesn’t guess.
Your team. You decide who receives each kind of exception and how: a live transfer, an email, or a task in your system where it supports one. We build and maintain each job; your staff keep the decisions.
After the setup call you get a written scope: the job, the systems involved, what runs on its own, what needs approval, and how we’ll measure it. Plans run $799 to $1,500 a month, with chart sync in every plan and a one-time $1,500 setup. Extra jobs start at $150 a month, and your first job runs free for 48 hours.
Before we build, we agree on three measures and record where you are today. After go-live, we report those measures, the work completed, and every exception your team handled.
Tell us how your clinic runs today. We’ll pick the first job with you, connect your EHR under a signed BAA, and run it free for 48 hours.
