A Florida medspa on athenahealth switched on Gigi and an online booking page on September 14. This is what happened through October 9, counted from the clinic’s own phone line, chart and register, with the method beside every number. We don’t name our clinics.

Gigi, Intuo’s AI receptionist, picked up whenever the front desk couldn’t: during procedures, at lunch, after close and on weekends.
